Our Methodology
This page explains exactly how this site works: what our status labels mean, what we do and do not verify, what makes us flag a program as a scam, how listing order is decided, and how we earn money. If anything here does not match what you see on the site, that is a mistake on our part and we want to hear about it.

Where we stand right now
These counts are read from our live database when the page loads. Of 86 programs listed, 1 currently carry a monitoring deposit from us. We would rather show you a small honest number than imply we have tested everything.
What each status means
| Label | What it means | Have we put money in? |
|---|---|---|
| Paying | Our withdrawal requests are being paid on schedule. | Yes |
| Waiting | A withdrawal we requested has not arrived yet, but the delay is still within the program's stated terms. | Yes |
| Problem | Payments are late beyond the stated terms, or we are seeing credible reports of non-payment from members. | Usually |
| Scam | The program has stopped paying, vanished, or is otherwise confirmed to be taking deposits it will not honour. Recorded with a date on our scam list. | Sometimes |
| Not Monitored | Listed for reference only. We have not deposited and are not tracking payouts. | No |
| Unverified | Added by us from public sources, not claimed or confirmed by the program's operator. | No |
How monitoring actually works
- We deposit our own money into the program. The amount is shown on that program's page as Our Investment.
- We request withdrawals on the program's normal schedule, exactly as an ordinary investor would.
- Each payment we receive, or fail to receive, updates the program's status and its payout history.
- If a payment is late beyond the stated terms, the status moves to Problem.
- If payments stop entirely or the site disappears, we mark it Scam and add it to the scam list with the date.
A program with no Our Investment figure has not been tested by us. Whatever else its page shows — plans, returns, payment methods — comes from the operator's own description and we have not confirmed any of it.
How we make money, and what it does not buy
We are funded by advertising. Program operators can buy a listing plan or banner placement, and those paid listings are shown above free listings. That is a real commercial arrangement and you should factor it in when reading this site.
Paying us does not buy any of the following:
- A better rating. Ratings and reviews come from members and we do not edit them.
- A Paying or Monitored status. Those follow our deposits and withdrawals, nothing else.
- Protection from being flagged. We will mark a paying advertiser as a scam if it stops paying.
- Removal from the scam list. Entries stay up permanently.
We do not operate any HYIP ourselves. Outbound links to program websites pass through a redirect on this domain so we can count clicks. A small number of those links carry a referral code, which means we may receive a commission if you register through them — most do not. A referral code never affects a program's rating, its status, or where it appears in our listings, and it never stops us flagging that program as a scam.
Getting something corrected
If you believe a status is wrong, or you are an operator who thinks your program has been flagged in error, email monitor@hyip-monitor.net with evidence — transaction hashes and dates are the most useful. We will correct genuine errors and say so on the program's page. We do not remove scam entries in exchange for payment.
Risk warning
High yield investment programs are extremely high risk and many are outright fraudulent. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to invest. Most programs listed here will eventually stop paying. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
